1. Important Medical Disclaimer — Please Read Carefully
Grace De Angeli is a breast cancer survivor sharing her personal experience — she is not a
doctor, nurse, therapist, counsellor, or other licensed healthcare or mental health professional,
and neither is anyone else on the team.
The journal, digital workbook, mentoring program, website content, emails, and any other materials
we provide (together, the "Content") are for general informational, educational, and emotional/peer
support purposes only. They are not, and are not intended to be, medical advice, diagnosis, or
treatment of any kind.

Participating in the mentoring program does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or

Grace Pty Ltd.

The Journal
The Breast Cancer Hero's Journey Journal is a physical, printed journal designed to support emotional
processing and reflection. It is shipped to the address you provide at checkout.The Digital Workbook
The companion digital workbook is an optional add-on delivered electronically, typically via instant
download or emailed access, immediately after purchase.
The Mentoring Program
The mentoring program is a paid, personal mentoring relationship with Grace De Angeli, offered on a
peer-support basis by someone who has personally experienced a breast cancer diagnosis. It is not
therapy, counselling, or medical care, and is subject to the Medical Disclaimer in Section 1 above.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payment
Prices for our products and services are displayed at checkout and are subject to change without
notice, though changes will not affect orders already placed. Payment is processed securely by our
third-party payment processor at the time of purchase. You confirm that any payment information
you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
5. Shipping
Physical journal orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via standard
delivery, which generally takes 5–7 business days domestically and 7–14 days internationally, though
delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for physical products pass to
you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
6. Refunds
Refunds for our products and services are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part

7. No Guarantee of Results
Examples, testimonials, and stories shared on the Site reflect individual experiences and should not
be considered typical results. Everyone's breast cancer journey is different, and we cannot and do
not guarantee any specific emotional, practical, or health-related outcome from using the journal,
the workbook, or the mentoring program. Your results will depend on your own circumstances and
effort.

You agree to use the Site and our Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not
infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party. You

personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal purposes — it does not transfer
ownership or any right to reproduce or resell it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Angels of Grace Pty Ltd, Grace De Angeli, and our
respective officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our Services, or from your reliance on
any Content. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right,
or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under the Australian Consumer
Law or other applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold The Angels of Grace Pty Ltd and Grace De Angeli harmless from any
claims, losses, or damages, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms
